苏新平
1960年 生于内蒙古集宁市，1977年入部队服兵役，1983年毕业于天津美术学院绘画系，毕业后在内蒙古师范大学美术系任教。1989年毕业于中央美术学院版画系，获得硕士学位，并留校任教。现为中央美术学院副院长、教授、博士生导师。
