Guilllaume Dege

Artist biography

I was born in 1967 near Paris, France . After middle school I went on university to study Chinese culture. At the same period I was doing little drawings for French newspapers, and then for children books. At the age of 38 I became professor at the school of art of Strasbourg, and five years ago, I went on teaching at Paris. I make my exhibitions thrue my gallery, Semiose, in Paris, and elsewhere in France and Europe. I also do books in different publishing houses in fFrance. I am mainly working on paper with watercolors, gouache and pencils.
